All international shipments with tracking will be tracked at least until they depart the International Service Center (ISC). However, not all USPS shipments include tracking all the way to the destination.
The tracking service is referred to as Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International service, E-USPS DELCON INTL, or E-DelCon Service. Any shipment with this service may be tracked to the destination. Tracking information includes the date and time an article was delivered or, if delivery was attempted but not completed, the date and time of the delivery attempt.
E-DelCon Service is restricted to certain destinations as well as service and package types.
Services eligible for Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International:
Priority Mail International:
- Small Flat Rate Box
- Flat Rate Envelopes (excluding Flat Rate Gift Card Envelope)
First Class International Package Service:
- Thick envelope
- Package
NOTE: All other USPS International services, including Priority Mail Express International, with a tracking number will only be traceable until they reach the International Service Center (ISC). Once ineligible shipments depart the US, their tracking will cease to update.
